Taking your child to regular dental check-ups is crucial for keeping their teeth and gums healthy. Early check-ups are also a great opportunity to get your child comfortable with attending the dentist.
When should I take my baby to the dentist for the first time?
You should take your child to their first dental check-up when their first tooth appears, but no later than their first birthday. The dentist will carry out a full check of their tooth and gums and can provide you with suitable dental health advice. They will also answer any questions you may have.
